Frequently Asked Questions

Do you have a physical location?

We do not own and operate a brick and mortar location. Our primary focus is local, on-site training (such as medical offices, etc.) and group trainings at one of our many local partner sites. We can also come to your home or a neutral location to complete 1:1 / 2:1 trainings.

Do you have weekly or monthly classes?

Because we are a small, local CPR training company with no physical location, we do not offer regular/repeating classes. Our class offerings are based on demand. We do, however, provide 1-2 classes per season through the Geneva Park District. Please visit the Geneva Park District website or call for more information.

What should I expect?

Be prepared for a fun, physical, fast-paced CPR training. Class times vary depending on class size, experience and learning levels. Please wear comfortable clothes suitable for bending and doing chest compressions, and bring a water bottle and/or snack if needed. Please reach out to us prior to the class if there are any special accommodations you require.

What sets Tri-City CPR apart from other local instructors?

There are several instructors who teach CPR in our community, but we are among the few affiliated with the American Heart Association. Our rigorous training as AHA instructors ensures we provide a highly standardized and regulated form of CPR. Our AHA BLS course is the only type of CPR certification accepted by medical employers, so you can trust you're receiving the absolute best training with us. There are less expensive and faster options, but these are often non-accredited instructors who do not abide by AHA guidelines and cannot provide you with a valid CPR card upon conclusion of their classes.

Do I need to pay in advance?

We do require payment in full to book the class. This is fully refundable up until the day of the class. If for any reason the class is canceled the day of, we will apply your payment to a makeup date of your choice.

What are my payment options?

We accept Zelle, Venmo, Paypal, & Credit Card via secured payment link through Square. Just let us know which method works best for you! We also offer discounts for larger groups, return customers, and local businesses.

How soon will I receive my CPR card?

We typically have all American Heart Association E-Cards sent within 48 hours. If you're having any difficulty retrieving your card, please don't hesitate to reach out to us directly.
